Houses and farms are a necessity in the Pokemon world; some are for show while others are used for work purposes. But how do you go about getting a hold of one, might you ask? Well -- it's quite simple, really. Each character can choose where their house is, and even if they're sharing it with another character or not. Size and location also matters; as some places can be added on to, whereas some abodes, like apartments, can't! So be careful when buying a house, as some can't be added on to. The limit on the houses your character owns is two, and this accounts for both farms and apartments. The limit will rise as more members .TYPES OF HOUSES
So far, there are three types of houses you can choose from on KMO: an apartment, a house and a farm. Each has its limits as to what you can add and where you can have it. Here's a bit of explanation as to how it works:
APARTMENT -- $500 starting Poke ( 3 Pokemon )
Apartments start out with one bedroom, one bathroom, a small living room, and a small kitchen. You can add up to oe more bathroom, one more bedroom, a large kitchen and living room, and a small backyard. You can store up to three Pokemon here at a time. Apartments can be found in cities and small towns, but not rural or country areas.
HOUSE -- $750 starting Poke ( 5 Pokemon )
Houses can be found almost anywhere, though size varies on where they're located. All houses start out with two bedrooms, one bathroom, one small living room and one small kitchen, as well as a small back yard. You can start storing up to five Pokemon here. You can eventually add up to two extra bedrooms, one bathroom, a medium or large living room, a medium or large kitchen and a medium or large back yard with one plot of land.
FARM -- $1,000 starting Poke ( 5 Pokemon )
Farms are generally found in more rural and desolate places, but are generally only owned by farmers and breeders rather than normal trainers. Farms start out with two bedrooms, one bathroom, one medium kitchen and living room, as well as a small backyard and three plots of land. You can end up upgrading the house to add a medium or large kitchen and bathroom, five bedrooms, two bathrooms and three extra plots of land.PRICESBelow are prices for each add on for your house, as well as how many Pokemon you can let run around in your abode while you're not home, kind of like guards. Earn Poke to get these extra upgrades, as well as customize your home the way you'd like it.

TYPE: House, apartment or farm? Note that certain places only allow for certain things (i.e. you can't have a farm or large house inside Saffron, and it'd look weird to have a singlular apartment building out in the middle of nowhere).
