Pokemon Contests!

So as I allow Pokemon contests on the forum and wish to incorporate them into roleplaying, I am still deciding how to incorperate said contests into the board. As we have the anime, Generation three, four and six games to go off of, I'm not quite sure how any of these mechanics would work on forum. So I've decided to ask you guys -- how would you like to see contests work on the site? Would you like it more if we went off the anime, or one of the games (as there are obvious differences between Hoenn and Sinnoh)? Post your comments on what you'd like to see, where Contest Halls should be placed in various regions (aside from obvious in game and anime ones) and how they should work. Remember: no idea will be turned down, but can be mashed with the games and anime, as well as changed and reformed while you're talking with other members about it on this thread, on the Discord or other such methods.
